Studio Trigger anime trailer for soccer game is lit, promises to be an epic experience

Looking to make your upcoming Nintendo Switch sports-action game stand out from the crowd? One good way is to get world-renowned anime house Studio Trigger to create the trailer. That’s exactly what Odyssey Interactive did for their free-to-play online 3v3 soccer game, Omega Strikers. Developed for cross-platform online matches, Omega Strikers features anime-looking athletes competing in matches with a soccer ball that’s often on fire, thanks to unsanctioned weapons and characters that are so anime AF in their designs, some of them aren’t even human.

To sell the hectic energy of its roster of footballers, Odyssey Interactive enlisted the help of animation powerhouse Studio Trigger, the studio behind Kill La Kill and Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. Studio Trigger’s anime tend to have themes of defiance against some sort of authoritative organization, and animating an opening cinematic about a group of outcasts united by their passion to decimate their opponents just makes sense.

The Omega Strikers trailer is stylish and features Trigger’s signature vibrant animation style. It shows off the game’s quirky and diverse characters, including a slime girl, a gun-wielding lizard man, and a swole gerbil-looking bear dude. These characters, along with the soccer ball that’s frequently on fire, make the game a perfect fit for Trigger’s unique aesthetic.

If you’re excited about Omega Strikers, you’ll be happy to know that it’s slated to release on April 27 and is available for pre-order on the Nintendo Switch, Steam, the App Store, and Google Play. Whether the game will have an arena that lets its madcap group of soccer weirdos duke it out in space, as Trigger is wont to do, remains to be seen. But one thing’s for sure – the stylish trailer created by Studio Trigger is sure to grab the attention of anime and sports fans alike.

Discover the Overlooked Power Rangers Character in the Latest Special Episode

Once And Always has stirred up the interest of fans with a brief mention of J.J., the son of Kat Hillard-Oliver (Catherin Sutherland) who was last referenced during the 25th-anniversary episode “Dimensions in Danger” in the Super Ninja Steel season. In Once And Always, Kat is teleported to the Command Center and mentions that they don’t have to tell her son about recent events to worry him.

It’s unclear whether J.J. is aware that his parents are Power Rangers, but the relationship between Kat and Tommy Oliver (played by Power Rangers icon, the late Jason David Frank) was hinted all the way back in Power Rangers Zeo when the two had to be “married” for a class project. The timeline of J.J.’s exact birth is unknown, but it’s definitely after Dino Thunder and obviously before Super Ninja Steel.

While J.J.’s youth was not shown on screen, his story as a young man was told through BOOM!’s Soul of the Dragon graphic novel, written by Power Ranger comic series writer Kyle Higgins, with art by Giuseppe Cafaro and Marcelo Costa, and story consultation by Jason David Frank. It tells the story of J.J. growing up and becoming a Ranger through the SPD Academy, while trying to escape his father’s shadow. J.J. eventually embraces his lineage while creating his own legacy as the SPD Green Dragon Ranger, a one-of-a-kind combination of powers he’s able to create.

J.J. has yet to make his live-action debut, and fans are excited about the possibility of seeing him in the franchise’s 35th-anniversary special. With the mention of J.J. in Once And Always, it’s clear that the franchise is still keeping the character and his story in mind.

Scarlett Johansson bids farewell to Black Widow character, Gwyneth Paltrow in talks for MCU comeback

According to a report by Variety, Scarlett Johansson has confirmed that she will no longer be playing Black Widow, a character she portrayed in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) for over a decade. Johansson’s announcement was made during a conversation with Gwyneth Paltrow on her podcast, The Goop Podcast. In the same conversation, Paltrow revealed that she may not be finished with her character Pepper Potts, but was not able to confirm her return to the MCU.

Johansson’s character, Black Widow, met her end in Avengers: Endgame after sacrificing herself to save the universe. Despite the possibility of her character appearing in a future MCU production, Johansson confirmed that she has no interest in revisiting her role. This decision may also be due to her ongoing legal dispute with Disney over the release of her movie, “Black Widow,” which was released simultaneously in theaters and on Disney+.

On the other hand, Paltrow’s character, Pepper Potts, who was last seen in Avengers: Endgame, is still alive in the MCU. When asked about returning to the MCU, Paltrow was not able to give a definitive answer. However, Johansson speculated that Paltrow may be returning to reprise her role in the future, and joked about Paltrow needing to “break out that wig” for the role.

The conversation between the two actors also touched on rumors of a feud between them during the filming of Iron Man 2. Johansson denied the existence of such a feud, and Paltrow confirmed that the cast was happy to have another woman around during the shoot.

Wild and Horrifying Game Controllers Made Possible by AI Image Generator

Generative AI Struggles to Create Realistic Video Game Controllers.

According to Midjourney’s Latest Experiment. A recent request for a simple image of a female influencer playing PlayStation 5 turned into a nightmare when Midjourney’s AI generated abominable game controllers. Although generative AI has come a long way in creating human-like images, it still struggles with video game controllers due to the lack of images of the backs of controllers compared to promotional shots.

The failed experiment highlights generative AI’s inability to bridge the gaps in missing information, which can result in horrifying creations, as seen with Midjourney’s version of the controllers.
