Loop8’s Summer of Gods Game Teases Ashihara, Relationships, and Battles in 6-Minute Video Preview
Gaming enthusiasts, get ready for the ultimate battle against demonic entities with Loop8: Summer of Gods, the latest RPG from Marvelous. The company recently unveiled a six-minute gameplay trailer showcasing the game’s unique setting in Ashihara, as well as the relationships with various characters and epic battles that await players. Set to launch in North America and Europe on June 6th, and in Japan on June 1st for non-Steam platforms, Loop8: Summer of Gods is compatible with Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
Players can look forward to physical and digital releases, including a limited Celestial Edition that comes with a softcover artbook, CD, mini wall scroll, authentic Japanese wooden ema, and a box. The game follows protagonist Nini and his classmates on a coming-of-age adventure to defeat the Kegai, demonic entities that have brought humanity to the brink of extinction. Gifted with “Demon Sight,” Nini and his allies can relive the 8th month over and over again to reset the world and try to get it right, or risk being overwhelmed by the Kegai.
