Hot Toys unveils a new Darth Vader action figure to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi

Hot Toys, a Hong Kong-based collectible manufacturer, has unveiled its latest Star Wars action figure in celebration of the 40th anniversary of Return of the Jedi – Darth Vader! The new 1/6th scale collectible figure depicts the Sith Lord with an amazing Force lightning effect incorporated into the helmet. Additionally, the figure includes an interchangeable head that features the gnarly face of Anakin Skywalker.

The highly-accurate collectible figure of Darth Vader features a meticulously crafted helmet with complex interior mechanical details, a stunning likeness of Anakin Skywalker, highly-detailed armor and skillfully tailored body suit, LED light-up chest panel and belt, and an LED light-up lightsaber. The figure also comes with a themed figure base.

This Deluxe Version exclusively includes an interchangeable light-up helmeted head inspired by Darth Vader’s shocked reaction to Force Lightning, a staircase diorama base, and figure base arms for additional display options.

Darth Vader was once a heroic Jedi Knight named Anakin Skywalker, but he was seduced by the dark side of the Force and became a cybernetically-enhanced Sith Lord.
