Get set for “Cars on the Road”- Nine New Episodes. One Epic Road Trip.

Disney and Pixar have released the trailer for their upcoming Cars spinoff series “Cars on the Road”, this series follows Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson) and his best friend Mater (voice of Larry the Cable Guy) as they head east from Radiator Springs on a cross-country road trip to meet up with Mater’s sister.

Cars on the Road is produced by Marc Sondheimer and the episodes are directed by Purcell, Bobby Podesta, and Brian Fee. Composer Jake Monaco scored all nine episodes.

Cars on the Road will go full speed on Disney+ on September 8, 2022.
