Check out the Assortment of Character Posters for the Upcoming Film Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

Marvel Studios has released nine new character posters for the highly anticipated Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, directed by James Gunn. The posters feature the main cast, including Chris Pratt as Star-Lord, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Sean Gunn as Kraglin, Pom Klementieff as Mantis, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Vin Diesel as Groot, and Maria Bakalova as Cosmo the Spacedog.

Fans are eagerly anticipating the release of the film, which is expected to bring the story to a close, but are also curious about which characters might not make it out alive. Gunn has hinted that most of the heroes will survive at least two movies, but it remains to be seen what will happen to Rocket Raccoon, who the story will revolve around.

In Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, the misfit heroes are adjusting to life on Knowhere when Rocket’s past comes back to haunt him. Peter Quill, still mourning the loss of Gamora, leads the team on a dangerous mission to save Rocket’s life. If they fail, it could mean the end of the Guardians as we know them.

Gunn has stated that he returned to direct this film to tell Rocket’s story, as the character has always been a central figure in the franchise. Rocket’s past, origins, and traumatic experiences will be explored in the film. The director believes that Rocket exemplifies the traits of all the Guardians and that his transformation into something he didn’t want to be made him feel incredibly isolated from others.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is set to hit U.S. theaters on May 5th, and fans can’t wait to see how the story ends.
