Tom Hanks and Michelle Dockery team up for Robert Zemeckis’ Here

Actress Michelle Dockery, known for her roles in Downton Abbey and Godless, is set to join Tom Hanks in the upcoming film Here. Directed by Robert Zemeckis, the Miramax project is an adaptation of Richard McGuire’s graphic novel, with Robin Wright and Paul Bettany also starring. The story is a revolutionary odyssey through time and memory, centered around a place in New England where love, loss, struggle, hope, and legacy play out over generations. Zemeckis will use Metaphysic’s AI tools to seamlessly transform Hanks and Wright into their younger selves for the film. This reunion marks the first time Zemeckis, writer Eric Roth, Hanks, and Wright have worked together since their collaboration on Forrest Gump.
