Gamers Get Set To See Price Hikes For Games Across The Board in 2023

Dr. Serkan Toto of Kantan Games has predicted that gamers should expect a rise in prices for games, hardware, and subscriptions in 2023 as studios are trying to catch up with the rise of production and other costs in game development.

It won’t be the case with Nintendo Switch, but Microsoft, has already announced that it is raising prices on its AAA games in 2023 from $60 to $70. All of Microsoft’s games are also included with Xbox Game Pass, and some believe that subscription service will see a price increase, too.

So we simply need to wait & watch.
