It’s a big surprise that Chinese studio Paper Games announced a new open-world action game, as they are more well-known for producing the dress-up game Shining Nikki and the Nikki Up2U series.

This game Project The Perceiver is set in a fantasy-historical era with Dark Souls-inspired combat and developed by internal sub-studio 17ZHE.

Project The Perceiver has no release date yet and only PlayStation is confirmed as the platform.
