Catherine Alexander, the tattoo artist behind wrestling star Randy Orton’s iconic tattoos has won a case against the publisher [Take-Two Interactive] of the best-selling WWE 2K video games. The four-year lawsuit has finally come to an end. She claimed Take-Two Interactive used her designs without permission. Her lawsuit predominantly centered around five ink designs that are all featured on the 14-time champion’s body. The artist was awarded $3750 in damages, but the floodgates the decision may have opened could be even more significant.
