Almost 2 Years Post Launch, Sony PlayStation 5 Has Finally Been Jailbroken

Piracy is always a big problem in today’s day and age but it has never been a problem on Sony’s recent PlayStation consoles. But looks like it’s not the same anymore, as someone has finally managed to crack the security on the PS5.
This jailbreak was spotted by modder Lance McDonald, who modified Bloodborne to run at 60fps and uploaded it to Twitter, showcasing how the software can give a user access to the PS5’s debug menu.
According to the creator, this will only work on consoles with firmware version 4.03 from October 2021, and also PS5s with earlier firmware could run it.
